Come and chat to the Village Green team at the Big Day Out to be a part of a collective community artwork which will create a shared vision for a greener Scarborough of the future. Who knows, perhaps your idea already exists in the town and you can get involved now?

That’s not all! You can make and take your own loo roll sea creature craft home to remind yourself of the importance of keeping beaches clean for the benefit of marine life and biodiversity.

Drop in event, tickets for Scarborough Castle are required for non- Scarborough residents. Free entry for residents of YO11, YO12 and YO13.

Public transport: Scarborough is well connected by public transport. Scarborough Castle is located approx. 1 mile from Scarborough train station. The nearest bus stop to Scarborough Castle is Castle Road.

Parking: As there is no parking on site, Scarborough Castle recommends use of the Park and Ride or the pay and display Marine Drive car park. Parking is only available for disabled visitors, which must be pre-booked. Please contact Scarborough Castle on 01723 372451 to book a space.

Cost: there is no cost to take part in our activities, however there is an entry fee to Scarbrough Castle for this event. Free entry to residents of YO11, YO12 and YO13.
